PROCESS

Our process is made up of a series of checks along the way to make sure your job stays on track, remains relevant to your needs and is kept within budget.

Clients are encouraged to be involved as much as possible in the planning stages to ensure they are getting what they need. Nothing is started until the client is completely satisfied with what they are signing up for and their vision realised.

Stage 1: Proposal

  • Initial briefing / client meetings
  • Define and finalise the requirements: technical specifications, budgets and timelines
  • Proposal or quotation

Stage 2: Client Engagement

  • Acceptance of this proposal by signing of the contract, a 50% engagement fee will be charged and project will begin upon receipt of payment
  • Client to supply all content to produce material.
  • Content must be fully proofed and approved.

Stage 3: Conceptual Design

  • Concept development: define the design, look and feel by incorporating selected elements
  • For logos; an initial round of 2-3 concepts will be created and presented.
  • For other print / web material one design concept consisting of a portion of the project to illustrate the design will be presented unless otherwise specified.
  • Review and client feedback
  • If the initial concept does not meet client approval to proceed – additional instruction is required from the client and from this 1 additional design will be produced with an allocation of 1-2 rounds of changes.
  • Client approval on design concept

Stage 4: Design Development

  • Design development of concept including graphical / digital application
  • Digital assembly of material
  • Review and client feedback
  • If required,1-2 rounds of design revisions as per direction and feedback from the client
  • Client approval on design development

Stage 5: Final Proofing and Client Approval

  • Full presentation of completed material
  • Tweaks and any minor corrections made
  • Review and client feedback
  • For web: final proofing, testing of site and approval needed before site goes live
  • Final proofing and sign off, final artwork approval

Stage 6: Delivery of Final Product

  • Upon final sign off – remaining 50% account will be invoiced
  • For web: sites will be sent live upon receipt of final payment and approval
  • Delivery on receipt of payment - any print material will be C.O.D.
  • Supply of logo artwork files will be provided in the following formats only: EPS (vector); high res TIFF; PDF; JPG and PNG. If you require extra formats / sizing or additional versions of the artwork or print layout a service fee will be charged.
