We did manage to do some training while in Newcastle...in between soaking up the sun, surf and culture.
Thankfully the weather was fantastic! & we took time out to enjoy this and, managed a couple of swims at the Bar and Newcastle beach.
The Sauce office will be closed from 12pm, Thursday 25 September and will re-open as normal on Monday 29 September.
We are off to sunny Newcastle for some training, and we may just squeeze in a trip to the beach...
