Below is a brief explanation of the functionality of a few of the available modules. Not all modules, including optional modules, are available to each web product you will need to choose your website package based on your requirements. Modules can be customise at your request and upon acceptance of a quotation.
This list includes the most frequently utilised modules and is not a full list of the modules available, new modules are constantly being added and modified within this continually evolving system, so please let us know if you have a specific website function requirement, we are happy to suggest a possible solution. A quote will be supplied for all additional modules or customisation.
What’s New
The What’s New Module allows you to add changing content to your website in the form of news items.
Site Search
This module provides a quick search option that will search all the pages on your site based on a keyword entered. All page and module content is searched, but not files that have been uploaded to the web site eg. documents in the library or comments in the discussion forum (there is however a custom search facility in the discussion forum).
Testimonials
The Testimonial Module lets you add clients comments about your organisation, your staff and your service. When operating and promoting your business online a client testimonial can increase the credibility of your business or organisation and adds a personal touch.
Our Staff
The Our Staff Module has an easy-to-use administration area that allows you to feature your staff members on your website. The module creates a page on your website with the same look and feel as he rest of your site that features a list of all of your staff members. You also have the option to display a "...more" link that takes your website visitors to a staff members individual page.
Media Releases
The Media Release Module allows you to add media releases, important information and latest news to your site. The module allows visitors to subscribe to the page so they are instantly notified of any new media releases via email. You are notified every time somebody subscribes to the page so you can make them an active subscriber. The Media Release Module is an excellent way to entice visitors to return to your site and also keep them updated.
The module includes a display object that you can put on any of your site’s pages that provides quick access to the latest five items (e.g. links straight to the individual items from the home page). The most recent releases are displayed on the Media Releases page and older items are automatically archived, simplifying the management of your site.

Links Page
The Links Module allows you to direct your website visitors to other web sites or resources. You have the option of creating an unlimited number of categories within the Links Module and also provide a brief description of each link.
Contact Form
The Contact Us Module creates a page that assumes the same look and feel as the rest of your website with a centred contact form. The Contact Form is a generically configured enquiry form that automatically emails any details submitted in the form to your nominated email address.
Custom Form Module
With our Custom Form Module you can build and include a HTML form on any content page on your Sauce Site. Use the form to collect information from your clients online and have it emailed through to a designated email address. The module allows you to create a variety of fields including text boxes, yes/no options, drop down boxes or radio buttons. You can use the new module to develop a variety of customised forms including:
Site Map
The Site Map Module creates a page that automatically shows an expanded view and a link to all of the pages on your website. It assists site visitors to quickly locate content relevant to them and also to gain an overview of all the areas on the website.
Positions Vacant
The Positions Vacant Module allows you to keep an up to date record of any jobs available within your business. The module gives you the opportunity to create categories of jobs and also job locations for example, Head Office, Sydney Office, etc. Each vacancy allows you to enter a variety of information including:
Employment Page
Our Employment Module is an extended version of our Positions Vacant Module that provides our clients with the ability to manage positions and applicants online. It allows applicants to upload and maintain their CV’s and to apply for positions advertised on your Sauce Site.
Applications for a position can be viewed online in additional to downloading the applicant’s CV. Candidates can be marked as suitable or their records deleted if they may not be suitable for the position or alternate positions.
Photo Gallery
The Photo Gallery Module allows you to create categories and sub-categories for your photos. The module automatically creates a thumbnail of each image which when clicked on enables visitors to see the full size image. The Photo Gallery Page features the list of categories available to view and also shows the most recent images uploaded. The module has the ability to resize all of your images as it uploads them and supports: gif, png and jpeg files.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Frequently Asked Questions Module is an excellent way to answer all of your website visitors questions on a variety of topics. The module allows you to create an unlimited number of question categories and feature numerous questions within each. The FAQ’s page details all of the question categories and allows the website visitors to choose their desired category. Once they have chosen a category all of the relevant questions appear at the top of the page which when clicked on, take the site visitor to the answer.
Email List
Email Lists are an important way to keep in touch with your clients and potential clients. The Email List module allows people to subscribe to and unsubscribe from your private email list. When you want to send all subscribers important information about your business, just enter the subject and message into a simple form, review the message and with one click you message is delivered to everyone on your list!
You can also include in the content of your email a link to your website, enticing people to visit your site.

Threaded Discussion Forum
The Discussion Forum Module is an excellent way to allow your website visitors to collaborate with your business and each other, as well as increases their interaction with your site.

Document Library / Document Resource
Enables you to create unlimited categories of documents or resources on your site and make available for visitors to download.
